Hours of operation to the public are 8am - 3pm every Sunday, rain or shine. We open at 6am every Sunday morning for vendors to come and set up.

Special events will be posted to the website at least a week in advance for available Saturday opportunities being held at the Rochester Fairgrounds.

Please note: We will be open for business all day July 3rd and 4th for the fireworks and family events at the Rochester Fairgrounds. (There is no charge for Saturday the 3rd)

Rental Payment and specials are as follows:

Indoor secure and overnight space: $20.00 - Outdoor space $15.00 - Non-profit organizations indoor or outdoors $5.00 - Local Farmers and Agricultural $5.00

To all the vendors looking to purchase inside space, please be rest assured that your merchandise is safe with us. We have been here serving and entertaining you for 135 years. We guarantee our security system is nothing less than you would use in your own home.

And to the vendors, inside space is aproximately 14x16. Tables are not available for rent, you must bring your own. Please be considerate of other vendors, as we all have a bad habit of using the hallway space! Abuse of this and you will be asked to leave.

Trash removal is supplied as a courtesy by the Rochester Fairgrounds. Please be respectful and leave only trash. That means take all of your cardboard, newspapers and packing materials with you.
